Motion sensitive light switches are increasing in popularity.You see them more and more in corporate and public spaces, as they are used for conserving energy, automatically switches-off unused lights after continuous inactivity, significantly reducing energy expenses thereby electricity bills. But do you need to install these light switches in your home? Maybe not in every room.
There are two main benefits of motion sensors in your home: convenience and security.

If you are really concerned about saving energy and money, then you are better off installing energy-efficient lights in your home. CFLs and LED bulbs consume less energy than their incandescent counterparts, greatly reducing the effect of dropping one.
